Domestic Shipping Policy 

Order processing time

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. Please allow additional days to transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay and shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipment confirmation in order tracking 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

 

Customs, duties, taxes 

KaiirTreats it's not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order All fees imposed during or after shipping or the responsibility of the customer.            ( tariffs, taxes, etc).

Damages 

KaiirTreats it's not liable for any products damage or lost during shipment if you receive your order damage please contact delivery service ( USPS, UPS, fedex etc) to file a claim.

 

International shipping policy 

KaiirTreats do not ship international.
